These sessions are all about expansion and strength in your personal resolve. How can you feel confident, courageous, carefree, and expansive if you are not breathing this way? Every breath in is an action to take life into your being and every breath out is an opportunity to let go of past experiences. Breath is our gateway into the present moment and the impetus to healthy living.

This 90 minute session uses a connected rhythmic breathing pattern, music and affirmations to reprogram limitations within the mind-body connection into unlimited potential. Take this opportunity to heal your overwhelmed, afraid, confused, and insecure automatic reactions. Connect to the untapped resources within.
The session is longer to respect the nervous systems' process as we are use the breath to heal stagnation in the mind, body, and spirit.
